ias and cc for lighting skills.

Also + spirit / spirit regen / life regen (+ life but only 300+ per equipement).

And + special find is welcome too (rarity is a "second hand" stat, aim for special find first, then get rarity).

thought ias on storm was bad?....

There is gear you can get that adds IAS to only to the Skybreaker tree if that's any help.
