Hello everyone. Tonight about 6PM PDT we had some hardware related issues that caused the game to crash for some players, and prevent others from moving between regions.
We're investigating the root cause but as said, it seems hardware related at this time. We brought the servers back online around 6:45PM PDT.
We're aware some players may have lost some progress in this window. This did not affect all players. We are looking into what steps to take and should have more details tomorrow.
