stats and price please

does anyone have this or have heard of anyone having one of these?

I have honestly never seen one to date, don't even know what it is and I have over 50+ artifacts

i got one but it doesn't match what any of the wiki's say it is, which is odd.

i got one with

5% attack speed
-124 spirit reg min
gain 2 spirit when you hit

Weird, yours has attack speed? Mine only has the -regen and 2 spirit hit.

Really want a 3 spirit hit if it exists

3 does exist and its a level 10 artifact so i imagine will need to farm it at lower levels and i thought it had drop rarity increase instead on attack speed, maybe that stat is a random stat anyone else got one? im after one aswell

wtf its a level 10? the one that i have says its lvl 40...
