I heard Mobs aren't Orange Until Level 48.

Can you confirm that?

I heard 48 is perfect. I was more curious though if they are orange to him at 47.

But 48 with a group with all around heroes is fine. But if you have some under powered Heroes like Wolverine you could have troubles.
