does increased attack speed affect tempests at all for storm? specifically speaking - thundering tempest.

does it possibly increase the rate at which the lightning strikes? because it sure as hell doesn't affect the cooldown or anything

i heard power duration makes her lightning shit tick more

AND i've heard that attack speed makes thundering tempest have LESS damage.. Which I really don't get. I have a 36 storm that's all about attack speed gear. I would also like to know this.

yeah you want 0 attack speed for her ball skill tree, whichever thats called, stormcaller i think, and power duration for her level 30 skill, which makes it tick more etc,

so power duration + dmg, and + skills,

Why no attack speed? Is there some logic behind it?

Think you should aim for ias for the light tree only.
For the rest crit + duration power + dmg / dmg on crit

As a fellow Storm. DO NOT get attack speed. It is broken especially with Storm.
