everytime i try to log on my account, its stuck on a black screen but i can see a cursor and move it around.

don't have this problem with my other account and i can make a new account just fine...

any idea what this is or how to fix it?

I had the same problem but they released a small fix maybe.. 2 days ago.
Not sure why you're still having this problem.
If you're playing on steam try going to task manager and ending steam in processes.
Then open it back up, launch marvel heroes and see if it updates.
