im hawkeye, what will make me do more dmg to bosses,

grade 1-3 attack speed totaling 21% attack speed
or grades 1-3 armor pen totaling around 70-75% armor pen (does this stack with a weapon?)

no idea how good armor pen is.

best two stats to roll on a item for boss kills is armor pen and %hp on hit.

Does the %hp actually work on bosses?
