What exactly does the buff do for 5 minutes... Looks like it is supposed to increase something

Perhaps I don't know what Flares are.

Are you referring to the items you must pick up to keep the threat level down? Or do they also give you a buff when you grab em?

Already found it, if you grab two flares within the 5 minute buff it gives you you actually increase threat... Haven't tested but was told

If you don't test it I'll check it out. Pretty easy for me to get to them without groups.

Yeah I could see that then. As a penalty, but I think it shouldn't matter because that one person warping around is loosing XP.

I met up with a guy yesterday who was doing that while I stayed with group. I started playing with half a bar into 38 and he was 41. In Three Limbos I hit Level 40 and he was still 41.

Just shows how much XP you loose if you aren't with a group hitting things in Limbo.
