it says that when I collect one I can bring it to moondragon, invisible woman, or rogue. What's the difference between them?
How do I decide whom to give the shard to?

Wow talked to the red pvp faction shield agent cuz she had a "?" over her head and gave her my only cube shard.

What do they do with the cube shards i give them?

they give u fortune cards which are good. first time u give them 3, then 5, then 10 for the rest.

Also A lot of people are using them for crafter xp @ 500xp a pop.
