He good?

I feel like he would be gewd with crazy attack speed.

He's like a worse Captain America.

DD is good. Hes like SpiderMan.

Passive which increases run speed, and decreases negative conditions, passive to increase dodge, an attachment passive which gives you a bunch of attack speed when you dodge (which is a lot lol) and a skill that increases damage by like 50% and decreases incoming damage by around 45%, with an attachment passive to detect were everyone is on your radar.

Edit - forgot to mention he has a combat roll, which increases your dodge by even more. Lol.

By lvl 14 ive got about 48% dodge with roll , works really well
Just found him a bit boring .
Will get better im sure
