are there any good storm builds out there?

I'm lvl 22 atm and I only have one retcon device so I'm not sure what to respec into

Lightning Column as your basic power and get its synergy for more dmg ( lightning bolt and stunning bolt )

Ball of Lightning is best for damage in my opinion and get its synergys for more dmg.

1 point in sicco rush for dodging, moving faster and flight for moving over obstacles faster

i also use crashing hail making things have defence reduction (1 point in this is 30% defence reduction) and i also use refreshing breeze which increases ur defence and ends negative conditions.

max spirited

thundering tempest is good too for bosses/single target.. just use it and go around in circles.

is it worth it to put points into the synergies of ball lightning? or just the synergies of lightning column?

sure don't listen to mine..
