Each hero gets one, so you could run the story with another hero. Alternatively you can farm shards, and hope to get one from a fortune card, and finally you can just plunk down the $ for g's (they're 300g's a pop)

They also just drop as random drops I personally have found 3 this way and two friends of mine each found 1 this way.
