Looking for the name of the quest AFTER Prisoners of the Brood and BEFORE A Visit With S.H.I.E.L.D.

And also where I can pick it up. It's the only quest I somehow missed during leveling.

npc called x23 at xaviers school.

south of the porch.

imo its a ridiculous npc to find don't even understand why you would put it a quest there.
