this is a pvp artifact. unfortunately pvp is heavily unbalanced and most ppl don't play it yet. it might be worth something in the future depending on where pvp goes.

Wouldn't a tanky character want that? Like Colossus? The invuln seems awfully strong and deals 50 damage whenever hit.

50 damage isn't much at lvls 30+ and 3 seconds isn't that long vs bosses. maybe trash. but in 3 seconds, you can kill someone in pvp
