nvm possibly not...does the non trade-able go away when it's unbound as well?

Could you answer me why I have 20 Medallions that say not Tradeable that aren't bound?

Also doesn't let me drop a single Medallion.

Nah I think he's right...it was a random drop I got not a fixed drop like a medallion and all other Artifacts you find are in fact trade-able.

Artifacts become unbound and tradeable. Medals...not really sure why they aren't tradeable

Medallions and Artifacts are completely different.
Medallions are account bound and never trade-able where Artifacts are trade-able prior to equip.
So if you unbind an artifact, you can then trade it.
