That's usually the point of costumes..

To be cosmetic.

The crafter can add defensive and offensive stats to your costumes.

You can have one of each grade.

I see up to 4 grades so far.

Choose from Offensive or Defensive. Random Roll of Stats.

I don't know any sites though. Try your question on reddit maybe.
