have they comped people yet for the downtime?

As far as I know, no. We will probably hear something after tomorrow. My guess they will see how the actual launch goes and if there is more downtime to tack on.

is it for everyone?
or just the people who bought the packs and did not get early access instantly??

What would there be to compensate if one did not spend any money?

but a lot of players who did spend money much like myself.
got into the game with no problem.
but in my case i didnt.
i bought the 20 dollar starter pack.
my other 2 friends did as well but they got in with no trouble.
i had to wait at least 5+ hours later to get into the game.
so its for everyone .

its a free game, spent money at own risk.

I'm guessing that's the compensation.

The G's she got from the Support thing, does NOT count as "Compensation". They stated on twitter yesterday when someone asked, and they said no G's from support doesn't count, and they are still "ironing" out the details for the compensation. It will all be automatic and will happen when they press the button. So theres no need to worry about it.
