I am a Ultimate pack user. Just got this off a Tier 1 Raid Daily.

They are called "Chase" costumes. just google it. there is also a post on the marvel forum about them.

The wiki has a few screen shots.

They don't have cyclops, but I don't know how to submit them a S/S.

Cool Skin, but its not a "Chase" skin which are limited rare skins that can only be found by drops. Very cool looking though how do you like DD?
