1) It's a f2p game. They owe your ZERO log-in rewards if they wanted, and people would still play because the game is great. You are looking at it all wrong. They are GIVING you alternative ways to unlock their content without spending real money. Even if it was 1 eternity splinter, every 10 days, it would still be a free to play game..

But it's really not a free-to-play game. You almost have to drop a little money to increase the stash size, if nothing else, because it's difficult leveling up characters and trying to organize everything around. There isn't enough room and you have to drop, sell or vendor off important runes, relics, artifacts and items.

What I've done so far is an amazing balancing act of keeping what I really need.

I just started playing 30 days ago. Unfortunately I missed all the fun stuff and great promo codes.
I'd have particularly enjoyed that iron man team-up hero that I saw but the code expired already.

I've been a loyal Marvel Heroes 2015 player for a month now. The fun for me is in the challenge of trying to unlock things for free. Don't get me wrong. That is what appealed to me initially. I guess I just feel a little frustrated it took me so long to unlock my first five characters and I still don't have a good team-up hero yet. And I'm at 80 eternity splinters now. Still 320 away from unlocking my first team-up hero (not counting the S.H.I.E.L.D agent I got for free).

Even that elite agent Coulson cost like 2,000 access files. I'm at 502 now. Maybe he'd be nice.
I'm tempted to just unlock the Groot team-up hero when I reach 200 ES but I'll probably wait.

The game is fun. It's worth the money but I have a right to express my opinion. It's how I felt at the time.

That's still a F2P game...

Nothing is forcing you to buying anything to keep PLAYING.

Your items and stash sizes, and managing items are completely on YOU. Not them.

It's marketing 101. It doesn't change the fact that the game is amazing (the best arpg out BY FAR) and everyone should show some support, even if just a little...

I'm in a tough spot right now. I reached 50 days of service last night and I have seven total characters unlocked (Taskmaster was from a free random hero box that I was surprisingly awarded), and one team-up hero unlocked (Magik).

Only at 45 eternity splinters saved up at the moment. I notice there's an extra stash tab I can purchase for 600 eternity splinters which I definitely want to do once I reach 600 again (that would greatly help me) - even though I'd rather unlock She-Hulk as a team-up hero.

Okay but here's what I'm struggling with at the moment. I reached level 20 on Cosmic Prestige Level 6 on my Black Widow and I noticed I leveled much faster than the 25 times longer it said it would take me. I was beginning to think "this is nothing". Partly because I was using that achiever's brew that gave 7 % extra experience along my Midtown Madness box bonus rewards (those boost your experience very quickly), for when I killed the bosses (they also dropped fortune cards).

I was getting that for a few weeks but all of a sudden it stopped happening out of the blue. Around the time the danger room stuff started a few days ago. So now (without the midtown madness box bonuses), I definitely notice how hard experience is to gather. It's taking me days and days just to level my exp bar halfway.

At this pace I may not reach level 60 on Cosmic Prestige level 6 on my Black Widow until the summertime if not next Christmas. Literally it may take me a full year to do this. LOL. So I can't even do the Danger Room scenarios with my favorite character now. Black Widow is the only character I'm really good at and enjoy playing.

So do I just be patient until the midtown madness boxes come back or what can I do? I noticed when I complete legendary quests (as I just reached level 20) it gives me more experience than if I just grind out midtown monsters without the bonus boxes.

I need help to become good at this game. I'm barely at 500 omega points saved up as well. I read 7500 is what you can reach. I'll never reach that but I can't even use any omega points until level 30 on my Black Widow. I'm stuck at level 20 on Cosmic Prestige level 6. All because the yellow name tempted me. I not realize it was a mistake. I should have stayed at Prestige level 5 (red).

I was banking on those Midtown Madness boxes but they disappeared. Those experience bonuses it gave made it seem easier to level.

Anyways, please forgive me for any typos or any long writing. I tried to shorten it down. I'm on my smartphone right now.

I love this game. No doubt. I love the challenge of free-to-play. I'm just trying to find new ways to earn experience. I'm determined to reach level 60 on my Black Widow on Cosmic Prestige Level 6 no matter how long it takes me (a year, two years, etc... etc...). I don't care about other characters right now. Black Widow is my favorite Marvel hero and the only character I'm good at.

And on the plus side, because I now realize Black Widow is the only character I truly love and want to play, I can now focus any future eternity splinters that I save up into that second stash tab (600 ES) and unlocking all of the other team-up heroes. I don't have to worry about unlocking other playable characters anymore.

Who knows, I may get another free random hero unlock like I did with Taskmaster. That was pretty cool. I was so excited when I first saw it. I was hoping for Hulk. Thor, Spider-Man, Wolverine, Iron Man or one of the more famous heroes but Taskmaster is fine since it was a gift.

By the time I have 10 playable characters there may be 54 or 55 total. I think I saw a new one is coming out soon. Iron Fist? Elektra and Husk may happen sometime next spring as well. Too many playable superheroes. I only have seven of them so far.

The head honcho, David Brevik, literally hinted that he doesn't see a limitation on future characters being added. Also I'm waiting for the controller compatibility to become activated by Gazillion so I can ditch my wireless keyboard and mouse.

With a controller I can relax and rest my feet on my recliner as I play. I've had two surgeries on my left foot in the past year so it's definitely hard for me to grind for hours at a time. I can usually only play for 30 minutes at a time and then take a break. A controller would allow me to play in comfort.
