Cyclops is decent if you level with another player. He's pretty annoying in MM alone and currently his Channeled Blast is being resisted by nearly every boss. I'd say Storm is incredibly easy to farm with after 30. You may want to go that route. Torch looks really awesome too but haven't played him.
Edit: I personally enjoy playing Cyclops but he feels incredibly weak most of the time. You can't solo any terminals (because of current bugs and how squishy he is and he really has no mobility). MM is ok but I would recommend following other people so they can tank while you OD or RB.
