I already reached a max of 3 million credits and just learned about the Prestige leveling system. And I had purchased a green pet for around one million as a level 1 prestige. I'd like to reach the level 6 prestige but it will take forever. I am now learning how to spend credits for what I need.

I read that the level 6 cosmic prestige takes something like 25 times the amount of the first five?
I'm still a newbie in this game. Day 17 here. But I can see myself getting to level 2 or 3 Prestige if I'm up for it.

It's nice seeing Black Widow's name in green letters: My first character. I've got three total. I almost have 400 eternity splinters to purchase the next one I want. I know that I can just buy the random hero token for 175 but then I may not get the character I want.

I think ultimately I'm going to try to land the five characters I want and get them all to level six prestige.
I still haven't gotten my first legendary item yet. I still have to save up around 220 more odin marks.

This game seems better for soloing early on. I feel too weak in groups because my passive skill tree is empty. I'm still saving up Omega Point. I have 114 so far. It's just a long process. I'd have probably been good at this game if somebody had told me about it a year or two ago. Instead I'm entering my third week realizing how tough it will be to grind things out.

Unless I spend money on this game which I don't want to do. And I told myself if it starts feeling like a grind I need to relax and take a step back. I really just want to play for a few minutes at a time here and there. I just can't game hard like I could before. It needs to be fun at all times. no grind, or else this could turn into Path of Exile, Diablo III or Diablo II for me.

My worst fear is my competitive desire is going to ruin this game for me. But if I have fun with it things will always be enjoyable. Since I started playing only recently I'll never be as good as the players who played early on, and even spent money on all sorts of goodies the game offers.

My best advise to any other new players. Just have fun and pace yourself if you can.
Free to play involves more effort to get what you want but it can still feel rewarding.

It took me about 5-6 weeks I think to get the best gear with my Scarlett witch already at 60. This was around March.
The only thing I lack is omega orbs, because yes I find that very boring.

You need to make sure you are doing raids, because there is a weekly limit on how many points you can get. (Sorry I haven't played for few months and forgot what they are called.)
These points you will turn in for I66 and I69 gear which will boost stats tremendously.

While doing weekly raids-daily missions- daily influence points you can also work on omegas and farming artifacts.

How many prestige levels did you reach? Did you go for all six levels for the cosmic yellow iron buddy pet? I think I'm going to aim for five prestige levels eventually. I'm level two prestige (level 30) with Black Widow right now. Halfway to level 3 prestige. I just unlocked my fourth character, Emma Frost. Now I'm back to saving up eternity splinters. 28 saved up. I want to unlock Jean Grey next for 400.

I've got 153 Omega Points saved up but I'm saving them for now.
Nothing really worthwhile for now. The passives I want cost 400-500...

I haven't done any raids yet. I probably should but I'm focusing on gaining my prestige levels. It's hard because I just use any gear I find on the fly from level 1-40. Couple good artifacts I have for level 32 but no gear. I saved some uniques (40-50 range) that can get me to 60 though.

I want to gain my first legendary item. I have 245 Odin Marks now. I need 55 more for 300.
There are a lot of legendary goodies for sale at the vendor. I can't wait until I buy my first one.

I want to do some more legendary quests. I just got to level 42 on my Black Widow - prestige level 2. I'm trying to max out all the synergy bonuses from my blue iron buddy pet. It's taking longer than the green one did. I have the green iron buddy pet, all bonused up, in my stash for a level 1 prestige that I can use later on another character.

Once I reach level 60 on Black Widow to properly gear myself again with my best items, I'm going to do some legendary quests before I move on to prestige level 3. The prestige levels and iron buddy pets have helped me use some credits. I had reached the max of 3 million but now I'm back down to just over 1.6 million even after saving up again for a few days.

I'm still anxious to acquire my first legendary item. I'm still not at 300 odin marks. 252 now.

I finally reached level 60 on prestige level 2 for the Black Widow. It took longer than I expected.
I'm going to probably play a little and clear out inventory space before I start prestige level 3.

All of my best items are level 60 so it's tough to start over and have to wait to use that gear again.
But I don't mind grinding it out and doing the dirty work. Nobody said it was going to be easy.

Just make sure you are capping your Genosha experience every week, then you can buy a lvl80 leg one day. It will take several weeks, but totally worth it.

I think that in the beginings its not worth it, instead try more and more build and characters all for this u need diferent legendaries so save that OM's for your chars, and collect ES instead as much as u can to buy your chars ;)
Later when u can decide wich is your fav char, u can buy lvl80 legedary for him/her.

Omega points income can be raise if u able to make cosmic trial in midtown madness. U need good gear for that, but not highend.
Trial is anoying, u need to try it a tonns of time and also rethink your build a few times, but when u figure out how or which tactic works for u and than u can get all of your items what u want (ok not all, but most of it).

Those Hammer Bay missions seem rather difficult to complete. Do you join a group or try to solo them? I had went in there once last night for fun to see if I can solo the mission and these big robots were stomping on me. I couldn't bring their life bar down even a spec. After being defeated multiple times I just left and saved my fight for another day.

I finally reached 300 odin marks and purchased "Gungnir" for my Black Widow. I'm 40 % of the way from unlocking Rank 1 on it. The critical rating and critical damage rating bonuses, even a nice brutal strike rating at rank 5 look appealing. But it will take me a while to unlock all the ranks on it.

My Omega points are at 196, almost an even 200, but I'm losing patience and want to spend some points for my Omega passive tree. Unfortunately the really good bonuses I like cost too much (200 to 500). I just can't do much with it right now. I'm not sure when I'll be any good and I still have only four characters: Black Widow, Scarlet Witch, Psylocke and Emma Frost.

I'm at 130 eternity splinters again though. I was going to unlock Jean Grey at my next 400.
I went in with a strategy of having my own Fab Five: My five favorite superheroines in Marvel.
And even after that I may target She-Hulk, Storm, Invisible Woman, Kitty Pryde, etc... etc...

I'm level 60 on prestige level 2 on Black Widow. I may not go to prestige level 3 anytime soon.
What I need to do is level her for the Omega points. 196 isn't nearly enough.
I need at least 2500 omega points to make any worthwhile progression.

I couldn't successfully solo the cosmic trial either. I can kill a good chunk of the mob at first but then it becomes impossible. I'm going to have to keep improving before I'm ready for the cosmic trial in midtown madness and also the hammer bay missions. Or perhaps I need to join a group to finish those things? I feel too embarrassed to send out party invitations but when I receive one I'll usually join in.

What I do know so far is I'm not good enough to do any of the "big boy" stuff in this game but I'm in dire need of omega points so that maybe one day I can be good enough. Maybe I messed up unlocking the characters I did. Perhaps it would have been easier for me going with Wolverine, The Incredible Hulk, Spider-Man, Thor, Captain America, Ghost Rider and even the new Blade. But I wanted a challenge.

And on the plus side, maybe when I finally play those favorite characters I'll have a lot of my omega points invested so that I can be really strong just from my passives alone. My Black Widow is going to be my omega point hunter. I'll just use her to fly around town on my motorcycle and kick some ass. I just need to level a million times (not literally speaking) and earn omega points, one at a time. Scarlett Johansson was my inspiration for making Black Widow my very first character. I love all the Marvel-based movies especially the newer ones. As well as the comics.

But the good news is this game is totally fun for me. Since first playing Marvel Heroes 2015 a little over three weeks ago, I haven't even signed into Diablo II, Diablo III or Path of Exile. Or any other game for that matter. This may be my game of choice from here on out. It will take me two or three years just to reach all the major goals I want to reach in this game. Doing it all for free of course.

Cosmic trial? Is this new in the last 4-5 months?
