They're going to be replacing the % on LL cores to a flat number of hit points. From what I gather from this post even the existing cores will be tuned/nerfed.
And you just know the life on hit is going to be like 75hp or something ludicrously small. Either way, the list is still impressive.
I don't think it rains on anyone's parade, they announced that a very long time ago and people are still buying them shits like its going out of style.
