you guys talking about the heal from oculus? - when I tested it with my daredevil - it pretty much worked as described ... meaning sometimes it gave the right amount and sometimes it didn't ... I'd say it worked 3/4th or 4/5of the time ... sometimes it appeared to give more ... so Im thinking maybe its just lag with the readings or some weird way the numbers work or something ...

I'm a 55 Thor but I'm lucky he's not as common so I don't get messages all that often.

Also another patch coming out today maybe they'll fix some of the artifact procs.

I sure do hope so, many artifacts are broken atm.
As for Occy on storm, it seems to work on basic attacks and as for other attacks like Lightning Storm, it seems to only proc maybe once every 5 hits.
As for the basic attack I may only gain 20-50 health every hit but it procs once every 2 attacks.
