piggyback - do the size increase and size decrease cancel each other out?

No 2x size do not stack and I actually use both increase and decrease it's annoying!

First of all the shrinking artifact takes priority so if I want to look big again I have to take the shrinking one off then move my size increase to make it re-activate then add my shrinking back to stay large.

And I need to do that every zone or teleport I do if I want to look large over small.
