More so just not dropping as common as others.

From what I have gathered over a few days all artifacts that are 1-30 are really common because people are trying out new characters.

However there are people out there farming a lot of end game content leading to more 40Lvreq+ items.

My theory is that sense leveling from 30-40 is so quick that it causes you to not see many artifacts in between those levels.

I mean what do you think? This is just a thought. Cause personally I maybe fought 20 bosses within level 30 - 40 and now doing t3 shit that drops 35lv+ items.

Perhaps,

If you stacked em you could get some crazy life steal for being a caster.

Potentially if you get high crit / attack speed on your gear you could be able to tank.

i was thinking that too tho if he used 2 and had the high attack speed/crit if he would just be a tanky ass caster lol. would be nice

Thor is already tanking and his lightning attacks do multiple hits.
