I think its like 550xp per shard. I personally wouldnt sell them for XP since im going to gradually get the XP regardless.

its 500 per shard but tbh knowing this now i may donate these ten and just get 10 more quick tomorrow for the card when my daily timer resets

Getting more shards than normally, not sure if it was intended or not tho they have been doing it from the start. They ended up having like 60 or so within a couple days so they off loaded them for XP.
