There is an assumption they are just changing CD. I guess currently end game you can just spam it to be invun. Compared to say a Colossus or Thing who negate(is this the right word) a % of incoming damage.

If they put it at say a flat CD rate of 10 Seconds with a duration of 5 seconds you would just have to kite a little bit in between making it more balanced in my eyes.
