Is that gold? I thought they used credits, or is a g like 1000 credits or something

1. There's 5 starters, isn't there? Hawkeye, Storm, Thing, Daredevil, Scarlet Witch
2. I've played Thing and Hawkeye, Thing is certainly OP, at least for the story, haven't gotten him to endgame yet.
3. A G is the form of real money in game currency. 1000 g's = ~$10 (USD). G's can be used to buy chars, boosts, costumes, etc.

I have hawkeye right now he seems pretty meh.

Hawkeye is slow in the beginning, gets much better at lvl 20 - you get another starter after you beat green goblin and then 1 after doom. If you want to see how many G's heroes cost, look at the in game store (hit x) > go to heroes tab
