Destructive Volley - Hold down the hotkey to fire a series of experimental high-tech arrows that automatically hit random nearby targets, infecting them with nanites that slow, cause bleed, and prevent the target from regenerating health.

He won't stop shooting them until you let go of the key, you run out of spirit, or cc'd. It does a good amount of damage.
