Moto is correct you have to restart the quests for each individual hero to obtain the rewards for the quests.

As for the second part no you cannot repeat the stat/power point quests on the same hero if you restart his quests.

any chance you can list every quest? the system seems kinda bugged. i cannot for the life of me find the 7th quest in chapter 7. its before you kill sinister

This guide was simply made for the quests that actually give you something.

If your trying to complete story lore I would check the Marvel Forums or Wiki.

Got a question also.

I didn't get the retcon device, i've checked it, all quests chapter 4 are done (all others too, why not), and can't find it in my inventory / stash.
I'm over nine thousands per cent sure that i did not use it at all.

So do you get this on each char, or you get it after 2nd char ?
Is that a random drop, or let's say (as hypotetic as it could be), i was full, i came back to town but forget to grab it (not sure i would be so idiot, and i don't play drunk or so).
Will i be able to grab it - drop it again, completing again the quest, or it's lost and i can cry ?

dont think its a drop. quest reward from the npc u got quest from. they wont let u complete the quest if ur inv is full and they have a reward item for u
