38 is when it becomes green. Yellow gives you less xp

whether or not they give full exp doesn't tell whether or not they give more...I would assume the mobs in limbo 2 are worth more exp than a mob in limbo one, so even if you aren't getting the full amount from the kill, overall it could be more.

I am yellow in limbo 3 and it takes 3 runs to get 2 bars of xp. 1 run of sub 2 gives me about a level
