tried it on my item, nth seems to have changed lol

changes a storm item into a daredevil item.
if you are storm transforming a storm item it turns it into the same storm item.
if you are daredevil transforming a storm item it becomes a daredevil item.

it only works for storm and daredevil?

REMEMBER HOW YOU COULD PUT ANY GEAR ON ANY CHARACTER IN OTHER RPGS?

WELL YOU REALIZE THAT THESE ARE HERO SPECIFIC?

So if you have a item that is for thing only but you have hulk as your alt and it would fit him better u can re-roll it for hulk.

*in order to reroll it to another character you need to be on the one your rolling it as*



What your doing is your trying to reroll it on the character its for I'm assuming (I did it too at release). So therefore it does absolutely nothing.
