Seems good on storm but I heard it doesn't work

I would PM one of them. See how they tested and perhaps test your self.

I personally feel that perhaps it just has diminishing returns like a lot of things do in this game.

for wulph i was in game when he tested it. it didnt proc everytime nor did it give the stated amount of hp back. think it proc'd like every 5 hits or some shit

i have a 35 storm and she's just so incredibly squishy it's discouraging me from playing her. maybe i'm just spoiled after playing colossus but she seems like an awful hero because she can't take a hit worth shit.

gotta stick and move with the less tanky characters. its all bout watching the bosses movements and knowing when they r gonna attack. wulphs storm is like 36 or 37 and he does fine tho. might also be ur build

yeah i've been seeing a lot of hybrid looking builds popping up; maxing ball lightning/chain lightning as well as tempest and its synergy and just maxing lightning column without synergies. seems very spirit intensive so i'd probably have to dedicate both artifact slots to spirit regen

yea idk bout all that. havent played storm yet just seen her in game from my homeboy wulph cuz he mains her. hes in my guild or on my top friends if u want to pm him and see wut he says

I have very high HP regen with +% life mods on my costume

and shes awesome for me at the moment

There is actually a 55 Storm on Jsp that does well. But last time I gave out names people mass Pm'd em and I got hella shit for it hahah.
