Would orange flame visual stack with pym shrinking if I put orange flame in costume and pym on the hero as an artifact?

Yeah, I think they should. I have a Glowing Particles visual on my costume and the Size Increase from another artifact on one of my characters and both effects can be seen just fine.

Your costume, and both artifact visuals do in fact stack.

So you can have a total of 3 different visuals on at once.
