currently use juggernauts medal.

looking for opinions on good medal. i use the juggernaut one for the defense invuln and the hp (ofc) just wondering if anyone finds any others to be more useful

Well if your always in Limbo or Group I would go for straight Damage. Such as Infinity.

idk tho that 624 def from the jugg medal makes my sustain so much nicer tho. but 70+ dmg is 70+ dmg lol

Even with the Defense Buff the shit that does mass amounts of Burst Damage Still 2 Shot ya if they repeat the attack.
I would personally stick to the damage as your getting mass defense off your gear.
