http://www.project1999.com/There are 2 competing end game guilds on the server
<Nihilum>- Zerg
- The
Bad Guys
- 50+ players
Let me start off by saying I was a <Nihilum> member for 2 years starting from the server release. The guild has an inner core of long time friends from live, they horde items to sell for real life cash. After climbing to the top and becoming best in slot geared I realized I was surrounded by neck beards who breathe into the mic on teamspeak. This guild is full of scummy cheaters who try to grief the server population as much as possible so they can have the box to themselves. The guild is full of egos, loot whores and cliques. <Nihilum> has been winning the server up until 2-3 months ago when The Resistance brought back a dozen veterans to fight the good fight once again. When I was in this guild I only had 2 pals and dreaded logging in unless it was for raid targets. 75% of <Nihilum> players played blue on live.
*Gear advantage<Azrael>- Underdogs
- The
Good Guys
- 20 to 35 players
Once I realized how gay I felt for raiding with the zerg for two years I told the leaders to S my D and joined The Resistance. Soon after I joined <Azrael> two dozen veteran players came back to the game and we started fielding 20-30 players. The GMs of the server banned several key players on the other team for selling in-game items for real life cash which lead to us taking over the server killing every dragon/god (Lord Nagafen, Lady Vox, Cazic Thule, Innoruuk, Gorenaire, Faydedar, Talendor, Trakanon, Severilious, Phara Dar, Xygoz, Silverwing, Druushk, Nexona, Zordakalicus Ragefire) opon their spawn. <Azrael> has been functioning as a much smaller, more organized , resourceful and skilled raid/pvp force since it's creation. What could be more fun than slaying a bluebie zerg with dramatically less numbers and worse gear? I get along with these chill bros, everyone is much more fun and I actually want to log in and pvp or group up with my friends. 99% of <Azrael> players played zek on live.
*Skill advantage30 <Azrael> vs 34 <Nihilum> for Trakanonhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-MiARO9tpp818 <Azrael> souls vs 40 <Nihilum> for Phara Darhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8JNFNHpMddo12 <Azrael> vs 20 <Nihilum> in Plane of Hatehttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HQBX2YTB47w28 <Azrael> vs 32 <Red Dawn> (merged to Nihilum) for Trakanon http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=typA67_chn4Azrael is recruiting more players to fight for the resistance! We have a few months before Velious releases plenty to time to get 60 and epic/geared out.
