I am not a person who played Everyquest, but I heard about the next one coming out.

Just here to share a couple things.


One is a stream of people who are focusing on the upcoming Everquest who were invited out to press releases ect.

This won't much like the original or second so you won't be missing anything special. They are even rebooting the lore. I wanted it to be more like eq1 but after seeing the panels and researching it I am excited. Wish they would have kept the lore though.

Yeah if they kept the lore I probably would have played first and second while waiting for it to come out, but meh not into playing old MMO's.

Although I have a good buddy who is doing some work with SOE so he has been sent out to a couple things with the Devs.

They have bundled up some significant idea's they are putting into the game.

eq next looks amazing, enough for me to log on to jsp for the first time in forever to see what the jsp buzz was about
