It's an EQ free server. It hones down a lot of the extra crap that is either useless or unnecessary, completely remaps the world, and makes the game much more accessible. Anyway, as long as you have EQ Platinum (or higher) then it's totally free to play. Leveling time is reduced but not made short, I think I got to 65 (current cap) in about 2 or 3 months, and that was starting from scratch.
