There is Gamepark which can be played, although it is over-run by 'hackers' and a shitty non-supportive mod team. Or your second option would be www.igzones.com which is still in beta versions but will soon spark up to be a fully functional staff with no cheating permitted. Also the staff is more friendly and professional than that of gamepark.

For the gamepark website search "gamepark" on google, I forgot the main one.
