Shining Force for Sega CD was a game sorta like tactics, check that out

im sure u can get it emulated or something as long as you 'purchase the rights' or whatever you do to make that legit

You could try Vandal Hearts for the PSX.

Ogre battle on NES was a sweet game. I just liked the tactics style of Tactics Ogre: The Knight of Lodis and Tactics Ogre: Let us Cling Together more.
