As all Mass Effect3 players are probably aware, importing your old Shepard (m/f) are maybe having some issues with character appearance.

A.) Your Shepard is appearing COMPLETELY different (as in my case my asian shepard is now caucasian)
B.) Your Shepard is slightly modified (such as the face looks the same but the hair changed)
C.) Your ME3 character isn't importing AT ALL.
