I'm looking for RPGs with similar aspects to how in Suikoden games you could recruit NPCs to expand your home base, they'd add shops and such. Also like in Breath of Fire 2, bringing back back to township, and being able to see real growth in your little city.

Hinterland by tilted mill is a similar game, fun for a short bit.
