Hey fellors. somebody tell me what all the best jap. rpgs are.
Heres the stuff i already played so far. final fantasy 1,2,3,4,5,6 playing 7 now. and also playing secret of mana right now.
Also played an beat chrono trigger & koudelka, i think chrono trigger final fantasy 4&6 are my favs right now. Im also having a good time with secret of mana i think im near the end on this one.

Heres some stuff i might play/buy next:
Suikoden 1
Xenogears
Parasite Eve
Persona 3
Digital Devil Saga 1
Nocturne
Shadow Hearts 1
Final Fantasy 8 (im playing all these in order so this one after im done 7)
and i cant remember what else.
oh also i have a copy of golden sun coming in the mail.
but i like to play a few games at a time since i get bored of just playing one at a time.

Well fellors, tell me about your best fav. jrpgs. not the regular rpgs like elder scrolls, diablo, fallout, baldurs gate stuff like that since i already know about them.

Definitely, definitely definitely get into Xenogears. I'm doing my first playthrough right now and I'm just awestruck. Incredible story and gameplay.
I'll just name some I like, too hungover to go into detail/use my brain.

1. Chrono Cross - PSX
2. Star Ocean The Second Story - PSX
3. Legend of Dragoon - PSX
4. Lunar Silver Star Story and Lunar 2: Eternal Blue - PSX
5. Vagrant Story - PSX
6. SaGa Frontier - PSX
7. Final Fantasy Tactics - PSX

The suikodens are my favorite series of all time, Some other games though I definitely recommend are the Breath of Fire series, 1,2 are on nes or snes cant remember which. 3 and 4 are on psx. You can turn into a dragon and morph n stuff, to keep it vague its really an incredible series. the wild arms series are decent, heavy on puzzle solving. pretty fun game though you get guns. Vandal Hearts 2 is probably my favorite game of all time the story is great, its a strategy rpg though like ff tactics. Really almost any psx jrpg you pick is gonna be good considering you cant find games like these being made today.

SMT: Nocturne is the shit

Shadow Hearts 1 and 2 were pretty good, didn't fuck with 3

If you have time really, all the games listed in your first post are worth playing, but some are long as shit.

Nocturne is prob my fav on that list though.

Valkyrie Profile - The most original JRPG I've played. The premise of the game is just genius.
Final Fantasy Tactics - If you are playing the games in order, this one technically comes after 7. It's the best one by far though, the best story by a mile.
The Legend of Dragoon - Just all around fun
Chrono Cross - This is one of the only games to get a 10 on gamespot, and for a reason.
Grandia - Underrated RPG franchise, and the first one has a really fun vibe.
Star Ocean - Anything from this series is fun. The Second Story and 'Til the End of Time are awesome.
Wild Arms - Another fun franchise.
Shenmue - Most people don't really consider at a JRPG, because it's more of an adventure game, but still awesome.
Suikoden III - best in the series.

I just got back into playing these types of games again after taken a break an just beat secret of mana an getting back into FF7.

But can anyone tell me what a darker jrpg is, im abit tired of all the nice happy faggot cocksuckers in these types of games here.
As you all know i hate faggot pigs fucking guts, i like games to be abit more dark and almost like horror games.
Im told Nocturne & Shadow Hearts are abit on the darker side? is this true?
I will surely avoid fruit shit like the newer final fantasys with the faggot looking characters. Im only planning on playing the first 9.
i saw a copy of FFXII in the store one day an the fruits on there made me sick to my guts i much prefer the character art of the first couple
FF games were they had like HUGE Melon sized heads an small lil baby legs an they walk around like babies fightin demons.

But i already have a copy of nocturne & shadow hearts ready i may try nocturne next.

oh, also i just order copies of suikoden 1, xenogears, parasite eve 1 so i'll be busy as hell with those as well.
i thought about ordering them off of psn since there alot cheaper, but i'd much rather have a real copy.
