Titan Quest: Immortal Throne. It is just like Diablo 2, the similarities are haunting. Except, there is way more to do, and it'll take you longer to beat the story. This is definitely the game to try.

Other than that I'd suggest Champions of Norrath.

Sacred 1. Nearly unlimited leveling, longer playthroughs per act (Compared to D2), and there is about 6-7 acts, where the last one is near-impossible.

Titan Quest: Haven't played it much, but there is quite a storyline.
