So i just bought a copy of Bioware's dragon age origin and it doesnt have a game manual inside the box only the disc
can someone tell me if it's suppose to not come with the manual?

The game didn't come with a manual, and all the skills are woefully under-described in game. Your best bet is to spend ample time on this site: http://social.bioware.com/forum/ and this site: http://dragonage.wikia.com/.

The bioware forums will answer many of your general questions, and on the wikia you can look up the specifics of any skill, quest, or item.
