General Ladder Rules

Prebuffing is allowed, but the prebuff gear mus be brought out to Moor with you. (Ie: You can't buff, then return to town to switch gear)
Players must have and keep "Glow" Aura on before saying "Go"
Players must be off each others map before saying "Go"
No Naked killing.
Duels are first to five
Top 5 Challenges are first to two sets.
Excessive racism, or smack talk can lead to you being disqualified or removed from the ladder

General Dueling Rules

No hacks of any kind
Clear the moor prior to Dueling
Shrines are -NOT- Allowed
You may stack Mana/Arrows in the Moor
Refusal to gmod test, refusal to show inventory/weapon swap, will result in a dq and possible removal from the ladder.
85% resistance cap may not use 85%resis + sorb
*don't combine more then 5% max with 20% absorb(80/20, or 75/20 for cold)
Luna and rising sun count as 20% absorb
No more than 40 Life Replenish is allowed on any character.
No Lifetap
Items which contain spell charges are allowed, but the use of the charges is not.
No mercenaries are allowed.
Ties will result in a "NO COUNT" And will be redone
A maximum of one poison small charm per inventory
Must stay within the Blood Moor, Entering town or Cold Plains will result in a death. (Accidental or not)
No traps/missles may be casted prior to your opponent saying 'Go'
Use of a health/Juvi pot will result in automatic loss of the match. If you die and health/juvi pots drop, you will lose the match.
No more than one item per elemental sorb can be used. (Ie: TGods and Wisp is not allowed, but Wisp and Spurs are)
Stash is allowed in inventory.

NECRO-SPECIFIC RULES:

Recast of bone armor and golem is allowed
Bone prison is -NOT- Allowed
All curses allowed except iron maiden/lifetap/Decrep
No corpse skills are allowed
Bonewall is Banned

DRUID-SPECIFIC RULES:

Recasting cyclone, wolves, sage, ravens, and hurricane are allowed

AMAZON SPECIFIC RULES:

All items which grant a chance to cast amplify damage are banned for amazon class
Slow missiles allowed

PALADIN SPECIFIC RULES:

HolyBolt Is Banned
Prayer/Meditation/Cleansing are allowed, but excessive running to recharge could result in a DQ
Your resist must never exceed the resistance rules if you're using auras

All Moderator/referee decisions in game are final period there is no arguement.

Ladder Sign ups and Structure:

We will take signups in the order which they are posted. You will be given a spot on the ladder according to the date and time you sign up.

When signing up use this format: (Be sure to Copy/Paste this format if you wish to join; replacing the "xxxxx" with your information. I will NOT register you, if you sign up Incorrectly)

Example:

Creating a new character on the same ladder:

If you rebuild your char or change the name of your char, you will have to start back at the bottom of the ladder.
If you add another char to the ladder, it will have to start at the bottom.
There is no limit to the number of char's you are allowed to have on the ladder, as long as they are not the same class
You are allowed only one char per class on the ladder. (Ie: You can have a bowazon and a Foh pally, but not a Foh pally and a Charge pally)



Challenges:

- When challenging on the ladder, post all information for both participants and send a personal message to the player you challenged ASAP. You may not challenge someone who is already engaged in a previous challenge. (Be sure to Copy/Paste this format if you wish to join; replacing the "xxxxx" with your information. I will NOT register you, if you sign up Incorrectly)

Example:





Challenges may be made to anyone up to two spaces in above you.
You may NOT challenge someone ranked lower than you on the ladder.

If you are challenged, you must complete the challenge before you challenge anyone else.
If you lose, you must wait 12 hours before challenging someone else.
If you win, you may challenge someone immediatly.


Inactivity / The Dodge Rule:

After a challenge has been posted, it will stay open for 3 days. If the person defending does not accept the challenge, or the match does not take place within 3 days of the initial post, the challenger will automatically win the match due to the "dodge rule."

If you are having problems coordinating a time to be on together, a time will be set for you by a ladder mediator. If you fail to show for the challenge, it will result in an automatic loss.
If BOTH players fail to show, the challenge will be ruled NULL.
Two dodges in a row will result in removal from ladder.

*The challenger must PM the person defending for the "dodge rule" to be in effect*

You may not challenge someone who is already engaged in a previous challenge. This Match will be nulled.


Posting Correct Screen shots:

It is quite simple on how to take an s/s correctly the way it is needed so us mods can check if you use hacks.

1. Have game map up while taking s/s.
2. Have your left side skills up.
3. Take s/s of both of those.
4. Go to a website in which can upload your image , such as imageshack.
5. Post the s/s on website.
