I seriously can't think of any. I'm close to recommending ES4:Oblivion even though it sucks balls, because I can't think of any others...

Replay Bloodlines as a Malkavian, that's always a hoot.

I can't think of anything to be honest, there hardly isn't anything out there besides Bloodlines and Redemption. :/
