Can anyone tell me the best monster team possible with the three best reserve monsters?

I'd like to own the monster arena.

Only the name is ok, I can get their location myself!

Hey, I got another question!
I mean two!!

English isn't my first language and ...
I don't really understand what FAQs' writers mean with items not available after black citadel or something like that.
Could someone reformulate that for me?
I don't really understand what the authors mean because of the way they formulate their sentence.

And are there monsters that I can't find (for coins/capture) after I discovered the black citadel?

Also,

What skill tree do you like your characters to take.
I'm remaking a new game... surfed a bit on gamefaqs for some idea... wasn't really clear imo !!

I was thinking :

Hero = Spear/Courage
Yangus = Mace/...
Jessica = Barehanded/...
Angelo = Sword/...
