In this game sacred 2 You're are awarded skills per the random levels they select.

I'm just wondering how do you use them?

OR are they just something you put points into and it already inflicts the character?

u get some skill (4 each lv for me) everytime you level. you gotta be like lvl 10 to start spending them as u get ur first ''skill slot'' available. go into ur skill tree then select the skill you want. you can chose from Weapon mastery's to magic one's to useless like bargaining and riding skill
you can't put more skill in them that ur actual lvl. like if ur lvl 50 like me. you cant put more then 50 point straigh into ur skill. to the maximum of 75 skill. then ur mastery's MAXED you can lvl it again but idk till wich lvl.
