The reason for older systems only is because the new ones you can still buy off of store shelves.

Tell me about the hard to find stuff.

final fantasy (LUV THEM)

i got a few more role playing games...but never played them....

diablo and diablo II counts a role game?^^

Meh, but Baulder's Gates & D2 are easy to get.

Really easy.

FF1 isn't hard, but still a great game, I have for both PSX & NES still.

I do also own many PC RPGs but most can be readily bought at an EB games, whereas most PSX/SNES/NES/Dreamcast games cannot.

Well you made a nice list, from the titles I said I dont have...any you think I should get? ^^
You should try to get Grandia II (played it with DC) as well, I really liked this game (don't know why) and of course most Bioware pc-games
(BG I, II / ID I, II ...)

I know many more rpg's I'll try to make a list with the ones you haven't mentioned and I think you should try =)

Grandia 2 = PS2/PC and I don't really want that.

I have Grandia Xtreame for PS2.

But if you should get any, I highly suggest Ogre Battle, Tales of Destiny, Valkyrie Profile, Rhapsody, and anything else since they all rule.

Be forwarned though. Rhapsody (on eBay is $80-200 USD, Suikoden 2 is up to 100$, Valkyrie is 80-150 or so)

I buy most of my games at EB games, when I just happen to catch them after a trade in. I got Suikoden 2 for 29.99 Canadian, instead of paying 70-80$ US for it.

Final Fantasy Chronicles, Anthology, XI, and Legend Of Legia were all really great games, but I don't think any besides Legend Of Legia would be hard to find.
